Trigger-Point Release is the idea of finding knots in your muscles and pressing on them until they release.  This a major cause of muscle pain.  And it also increases your flexibility & protects your ligaments.  It is advised to do trigger point and massage release before stretching and working out.

 I roll on rollers and tennis balls. It gives you that “hurts so good” kind of pain.  Add a little music to it and you’ve got a symphony.
