My Enema–The Musical (Moon Night)

Basic enema instructions suggest massaging belly in a counter-clockwise direction to get the fluid further into the colon and perhaps dislodge debris & parasites from the walls of the colon.  It is also suggested to elevate the hips somewhat to again get the fluid up into the colon.

 

What I think I’m doing with these movements is dislodging & moving fluid.  But also, lifting my vibrational level through music.  It turns into an exercise for core muscles, and a back massage. I often stretch & support my neck.  As my aged spine is collapsing, I view this as stimulating blood flow, in general, as well as  encouraging fluid to flow into my spinal disks & hopefully elongating my spine. We lose 2-3 inches of height during a lifetime due to spinal collapse.  Building muscle in the core helps support a compromised spine.

I also believe these varied movements move the small intestine (15-33 feet long) to further dislodge plaque, parasites, worms. il_340x270.395383884_ivva

You’ve Got Parasites!

 

We all do.

But some parasites are a lot scarier than others.  Some can take over your body and your mind. They can camp in the eye, nose, ear, knees, joints, muscles, nerve, brain, cells….YOU!

 

Some have hypothesized that GMO’s are perhaps giving birth to new parasites in our bodies. Processed foods are GMO-ful, compromising our immune system daily. Experts estimate that over 80% of us have parasites silently occupying our bodies & minds.

 

Also, our increasing exposure to EMF’s from cell phones, cell towers, computers, WIFI, microwaves seem to be feeding parasites, according to some noted doctors, Dr. Klinghardt being one.

The Enema Superb!

 I’ve heard several people say they experience a lift in mood, out of a deep depression or anger, after taking an enema.   It all goes together.  What is in your gut reaches your brain cells.

I love my Enemas.

I feel clean and clear afterward.  It becomes a time to be with myself in a very real way.

Placebo Effect

 

For those in doubt of our self-healing abilities, what about the placebo effect,

recognized by all the medical establishment.?

If those in the control group show signs of healing without the actual drug being tested being administered, then

So what is the placebo effect, but people affecting their own healing? Doctors triggering our unconscious healing powers. I believe we can enhance that ability.

First by acknowledging it.

Self Massage

Much of what I do is self-massage:  It eases the pain.  Massaging, stretching, building muscle, all to music that inspires & relieves stress.

The touch transfers energy.  We are electrical creatures.

Thought is another form of energy.  Music is another.  We are capable of consciously directing our unconscious to self -heal by transferring energy to our cells.

Musical vibrations are a little higher vibration than we, as matter.  But not so much higher to be harmful to tissues –unlike x-rays, microwaves, MRI’s.

When massaging to music the notes pass thru me to me.

I become a conduit for the music, using my consciously directed thoughts & touch, and invite my unconscious to participate in the healing.

The following is a You-Tube video by a massage therapist on self-massage, and the dangers of over-stretching.

I have sciatica, which starts in my spine, moves through my buttocks, down the back of my leg, to my feet.  This first short shows me attending to my calf.  

I play it like a piano to Einaudi’s music. 

This next one minute video shows a little of me on my yellow, grooved roller.  

It Hurts. But in a Good Way.

 

 Moving & stretching& rolling around on the floor are forms of massage. 

 

 

Innovation

Innovation. What is it?

I think of something new, like an invention. Or, another way of seeing something. Something about it that was never before. From where? An inspiration? An idea? An accident? A necessity?

Creativity enters when that inspiration, idea, accident, necessity is put into practical, demonstrable terms. This is where it is valuable to be a conscious human capable of that particular manifestation in physical, emotional, spiritual terms. This innovation can be expressed many ways.

Opening ourselves up to inspiration is what I advocate. To enlarge our capacity as humans, as individuals. I think moving to certain music can stimulate that flow of energy to expand one’s mind. You can direct, attract ideas in a particular genre—like music, art, dance, social change, scientific inventions. Like a moving, directed meditation. Just ask the question. You may get an answer, a hint, a beginning. Or not. :)

You could just end up with a better physical form and more endorphins swimming through you. But, “it’s not in the destination, but in the journey.” That travel trip to outer or inner space.

I Invented Sweatpants

 

I’m not just someone with a good idea.  I’m an innovator.   I invented sweatpants.

Living in the dorms at Northern Michigan U in Marquette, Mich, on Lake Superior (are you thinking “cold”?) my sophmore year, I started wearing sweatshirts as pants.  You may be too young to know, or may not remember that sweatshirts were available a while before sweatpants.

I put my legs in the sleeves and belted the waist. Granted, it helped to have skinny legs, and there was a crew-necked crotch, but it worked. Yes, the manufactured variety was an improvement, but I had the idea first.

I have another new invention. My old sweatpants are now losing elasticity around the waist. I cut off a leg of a pair of old panty hose and tied it around my waist. Better than a belt—flexible, adjustable, versitile, soft support.  

You too can come up with some great ideas while moving with me to inspiring music.
